Instruments
When you commission a custom-built instrument, we realize that you're making an enormous commitment, both artistically and financially. That's why Fred Casey will take as much time as is needed to ensure you end up with exactly what you want. If you're not completely satisfied, then neither are we!
On all commissioned instruments, we ask for a non-refundable deposit of 20%. The remainder is due upon delivery. Normally, you can expect to have you instrument delivered within six months. It will depend, among other things, upon how many instruments are on order ahead of yours.
And remember, all C.F.Casey Instruments come with an original-owner lifetime warranty.
